Teow Chew Mooncake

Anyone know what is teow chew mooncake? Here is it. Tung buy it from gurney, quite nice, crispy and not so sweet. The inner portion is 'tong gua' and red bean. Outside a bit like 'lou po peng'. Thanks to Tung to let us know what is teow chew mooncake which many teow chew people also dunno..
